How it Works
Beginning is quiet bravery. Not loud. Not certain. Just a quiet yes that says: I’m ready to feel something shift.

Therapy is an investment in your well-being, your healing, and your relationship with your deep inner wisdom.
It’s a space to slow down and listen inward, to reconnect with what’s been held in the body, explore the stories beneath the surface, and move toward healing with curiosity and compassion. This work invites lasting change by gently reweaving embodied connection, safety, and meaning. My session fee reflects the care, presence, and attunement I bring to this process, both during our time together and in the thoughtful preparation and support that holds and honors your journey.
Initial Intake Session
$200 | 60 minutes
Individual Sessions

Insurance
I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which simply means I don’t bill insurance directly. But if you have out-of-network benefits, you can still get reimbursed without the worry of filing claims or managing paperwork yourself. I use a secure platform called Thrizer, which helps take care of the insurance process for you. Once you make a payment, your claim is automatically submitted to your insurance, and you can easily track everything in your account. It’s a simple, supportive process so you can focus on your healing.

I am an out-of-network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, claims are submitted directly to your insurance company when a session payment is made through Thrizer, a HIPAA secure platform service.
You won’t have to submit superbills or handle the complexities of out-of-network claim filing. This is all handled automatically with end-to-end claim management support. All claims and payments are accessible in your account.

Thrizer provides a few options for out-of-network payments once your deductible is met that include:
1) Rather than paying the full fee, you will only be charged what you owe for the session (including a 5% Thrizer service fee).
2) Pay in full and wait for your reimbursements (including a 1% Thrizer service fee).
There are no fees while you are working towards your deductible. Learn more about these options here. If you prefer to submit your own claims, I am happy to provide you with a superbill.

I offer weekly therapy sessions, as consistency and rhythm are essential when working with the nervous system and supporting meaningful, lasting change. Regular sessions help build the safety, trust, and momentum needed for deep healing to unfold. Research also shows that meeting weekly leads to more effective outcomes and less time in therapy overall.
When our work together comes to a natural close, you’ll carry forward the insights and practices we’ve cultivated, with the confidence and autonomy to continue growing, integrating, and tending to your well-being.

Common symptoms include fibromyalgia, back pain, neck pain, sciatic pain, TMJ, knee/hip/shoulder and other joint pain, pelvic pain, irritable bladder syndrome, interstitial cystitis, migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia, tinnitus, hyperacusis, IBS, eczema, chronic hives, long covid, anxiety, depression, and OCD.
Neuroplastic psychology treatment is focused on the connection between stress and chronic pain/conditions and is used once the patient is seen by a medical doctor to rule out a structural issue, infection, or disease.

Everyone’s healing journey is unique. The timeline for relief and transformation can vary based on many factors including your nervous system’s current state, past injuries or medical procedures, chronic stress, psychosocial factors, and earlier life experiences.
The amount of time you've lived with pain or symptoms doesn't determine how long it will take to heal. Some people notice shifts early on, while for others, the process unfolds more gradually.
What matters most is consistency, curiosity, and a compassionate commitment to yourself. Sustained change (especially through a neuroplastic lens) takes time, safety, and support. Even subtle shifts are signs that healing is happening.
You have the innate capacity to heal. I’m here to walk alongside you, and to support you in integrating this work into your daily life so that lasting healing can take root.
