Hi, I’m Jacqueline.

Here we honor your humanness, not as something to overcome, but as something sacred.

You are so welcome here.

I see you. I know the weight you’re carrying, the uncertainty, the pain of trying to find your way through life’s unpredictable twists and turns. When hopelessness washes over you, it can feel like you’re lost at sea, searching for solid ground. And doing it alone only deepens the pain.

We are wired for connection, for the healing power of being seen, heard, and held with kindness. And yet, I know that reaching out when you’re in a place of raw vulnerability can feel like the hardest thing in the world. I’ve been there too. It’s tempting to retreat, to hide away, to believe that no one could possibly understand.

You are not fragile. You are not broken. Give yourself permission to be human.

Take a breath. You are safe here. Let’s walk this path together.

My Approach

This is a space to rediscover what’s possible when healing is approached with compassion, curiosity, and care.

You’ve been here before

You’ve tried to find relief—often many times and in many different ways. And when progress feel minimal or short-lived, it's easy to feel frustrated, exhausted, or even hopeless. That's because true healing often requires more than just treating the body with medical interventions or treating the mind with traditional talk therapy. It takes an approach that sees the mind and body as deeply interconnected and one that respects your symptoms, your story, and your nervous system.

More than talk therapy

The work I offer is integrative, experiential, and grounded in neuroscience. I draw from a blend of modalities including Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotion Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), somatic therapy, polyvagal-informed therapy, and Positive Psychology. These therapies help restore safety, regulation, and resilience within the mindbody system. Guiding a gentle shift from survival mode toward thriving with more freedom, connection, and vitality.

I’ve been there, too

My own experience with nearly 20 years of chronic pain and neuroplastic symptoms shaped not only my personal healing but also the way I show up as a therapist. When I discovered the mind-body connection through TMS-informed work and combined it with other interventions, I experienced profound shifts. This lived experience fuels my deep passion and commitment to this work, and to walking alongside others on the path toward relief, reconnection, and renewal.

How I Can Help

My Career Path

I’m a licensed professional counselor and a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor, devoted to compassionate, attuned care. My work is guided by deep curiosity, a reverence for the mind-body connection, and a passion for learning. I hold certifications in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Applied Positive Psychology, health coaching, yoga, and other complementary therapies that support integrative healing. I’m especially inspired by the growing shift in our understanding of chronic symptoms. One that honors the interconnectedness of the mind, body, heart, and nervous system that opens new pathways towards lasting health and well-being.

With over 20 years of experience in the counseling field, and licensed since 2007, I’ve had the privilege of working with adults, young adults, and adolescents across a wide range of therapeutic and educational settings.

I’m honored to walk alongside you on this journey. Together, we’ll co-create a space that supports your unique needs, and work toward healing that feels grounded, personalized, and deeply restorative.

Your body and mind carry the imprint of everything you’ve lived through, and they also carry the capacity to heal. This is a space to begin again, with care and intention, and a willingness to gently listen inward. Even the smallest shift in awareness can open the door to meaningful change.
